Department Reviews
If you have a department whose organizational health and customer service need to be reviewed, Prothman can help. We'll partner with you to create a customized data-gathering system that obtains information from the department's customers as well as from internal and external staff. We'll use this information to identify the department's strengths and weaknesses. Then we will create a plan that promotes better customer service, improved employee relations and increased pride by employees in their work.

Personnel Evaluations
There are many reasons why you may want a manager or department director evaluated. Perhaps this individual is frustrated, but it's not clear why. Perhaps he or she is performing below expectations. Whatever the reason, we will work with you to produce an evaluation that enables you to assess and address the employee's situation. We also can help develop a plan of action to foster employee growth and can assist you in monitoring the plan.

Facilitation

New City Startup
Incorporating a new city is a complex process. In a relatively brief time, you must find a city hall; obtain office furniture, computers and supplies; begin hiring staff; organize finance, engineering and other city departments; and arrange for police, fire, water, sewer and garbage collection services. Greg Prothman, president of Prothman, has led startup teams that helped the new city councils of Edgewood, Covington, Kenmore, Sammamish and Spokane Valley successfully meet their incorporation dates. As a result of this experience, we've developed a program that identifies the required tasks for incorporation on a week-by-week basis.
